Dashboard Overview

Your TicketFlo dashboard is your central hub for managing events and tracking performance.

Main Navigation

The sidebar provides access to all major features:

  • Overview: Quick stats and recent activity
  • Events: Create and manage your events
  • Analytics: View detailed performance metrics
  • Payments: Configure payment gateways
  • Marketing: Access promotional tools
  • Integrations: Connect third-party apps
  • Billing: Manage your subscription
  • Settings: Organization and account settings
  • Support: Get help and submit tickets

Overview Tab

The Overview tab shows:

  • Total Events: Number of active events
  • Tickets Sold: Total orders placed
  • Revenue: Total revenue generated
  • Platform Fees: Estimated TicketFlo fees
  • Recent Events: Quick access to your latest events
  • Performance Charts: Visual analytics

Quick Actions

Throughout the dashboard, you'll find quick action buttons:

  • Create Event: Start a new event
  • View Widget: Preview your event page
  • TicketFloLIVE: Access live event management
  • Manage: Edit event details
  • Publish: Make your event live

Keyboard Shortcuts

Speed up your workflow with keyboard shortcuts:

  • Ctrl/Cmd + K: Quick search
  • Ctrl/Cmd + N: New event
  • Ctrl/Cmd + S: Save changes
  • Esc: Close modals

Mobile Access

While the full dashboard is best viewed on desktop, you can access key features on mobile:

  • View event stats
  • Check ticket sales
  • Manage attendees
  • Respond to support tickets

The ticketing widget is fully mobile-optimized for attendees purchasing tickets.
