Setting Up Merchandise
- Go to your event's Manage page
- Navigate to the Merchandise tab
- Click Add Merchandise Item
Creating Products
Basic Information
- Name: Product title (e.g., "Event T-Shirt")
- Description: What the customer is buying
- Price: Cost per item
- Image: Product photo (recommended 800x800px)
Inventory
- Stock Quantity: How many you have available
- Track Inventory: Toggle to auto-decrement stock
- Low Stock Alert: Get notified when running low
Variants
For products with options (size, color):
- Click Add Variant
- Create options:
- Size: S, M, L, XL, XXL
- Color: Black, White, Navy
- Set individual stock per variant
