Your options for removing your data from TicketFlo.
Disconnect a social media account
Remove individual platform connections without deleting your TicketFlo account.
Sign in and go to Dashboard → Marketing → Social, then click Disconnect next to the platform.
Alternatively, for Facebook and Instagram: from Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find TicketFlo, and click Remove. We are notified automatically and your stored access tokens are invalidated.
Delete your entire TicketFlo account
Remove all data we hold about you, including social connections, scheduled posts, and account information.
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your TicketFlo account with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
We will confirm receipt within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, as required under New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and GDPR Article 17.
